A little Paris St. Valentin for you today. And while I’m on the subject, I think I’ll share a few things that I, myself, love today:
-you, for the support you give by just reading this
-the luxury of time to get lost in a new city
-how uncommercialized holidays are in Paris. When the most aggressive it gets in hanging lovely red hearts in shop windows, you know you’re not in America
-the beautiful, scrumtious pastry I will eat today
-skype for allowing me to have coffee, lunch, or dinner with some of my favorite people
-that I found a movie theater where tickets are 3.95 Euros- take that $5 Waco theaters
-family and friends everywhere
-God who is love
-and finally, a package surprise. It’ll come to no shock for a few of you that while I love everything in my surprise box from home, what I’m most excited about is my supply of black bean soup!
I know Valentine’s Day may be silly, but if nothing else, think today of all the love you are blessed by everyday. Joyeux St. Valentin!

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
